End of Life Care

Dr. Kim has a heartfelt desire to provide the most peaceful passing of your beloved friend within the comforts of your own home. With extensive training and experience in all areas of hospice, palliative, and end-of-life care, Dr. Kim is honored to assist your family through this difficult time. Here's what to expect during your pet's End of Life visit. 

Dr. Kim primarily serves the Denver Foothills Area - including the towns of Bailey, Pine, Conifer, Evergreen, Kittredge, & Indian Hills. Dr. Kim is unable to service the Denver Metro area at this time. Out of service area requests for End of Life Care will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, additional travel fees may apply.

In-Home Euthanasia - $375

Alpine Mobile travels to your home (or preferred location) to provide a comfortable, dignified euthanasia experience for your beloved pet. Memorial keepsakes, including a clay paw print, and fur clipping are included.

*Pets over 100 lbs may be subject to additional medication charge if necessary

*Aggressive pet fees may apply if additional medication is required for appropriate safety & adequate sedation

Body Care - $250

If your beloved pet has passed at home without medical assistance - Alpine Mobile travels to your home to compassionately assist with aftercare arrangements. This appointment includes memorial keepsakes.

Hospice Care - $350

Alpine Mobile will conduct a thorough examination of your geriatric pet and formulate a detailed plan to maximize your aging pets’ quality of life. This is an in-depth appointment providing clients and pets with a multitude of options if medically appropriate.

Aftercare

Aftercare options include Private Cremation (ashes returned), Communal Cremation (ashes not returned) or Home Burial (owner is responsible for burial arrangements).

Extra Clay Paw Prints - available at additional charge
